take a deep breath … and let yourself soften …

warm welcomes~*
it is my joy to encourage rest and reconnection with our bodies through massage therapy.

i approach massage as working with your nervous system foremost, especially your autonomic nervous system which is split into the sympathetic (fight-or-flight; responding to stressful situations) and parasympathetic (rest-and-digest; aims to bring body to a state of calm). the demands, pace, and disparities of this world we have inherited has our sympathetic nervous system overworked. isolation, lack of caring touch, disconnection within our selves and between each other also keeps our bodies in a state of constant stress that can manifest through all kinds of ailments. massage can aid in recovery and restoration of balance between the two systems, as well as improve circulation, release feel good hormones, allow memories and emotions to surface and release, reduce muscle strain and tension, boost immunity, and most significantly, expand mind-body-spirit connection for a greater sense of peace and wholeness.

our bodies can endure and normalize tremendous levels of discomfort and pain, holding a lifetime of unresolved stress as well as generations of trauma, but they also possess a deep instinctual will and ability to heal themselves. it’s my desire to provide a safe, dreamy space where you can embody that will, with the help of loving guidance and touch.

i’m honored to be trusted with your body.
i’m grateful to be a part of your healing.
looking forward to being in touch!
