hi! i’m lily 재선 woo – a queer person of the korean diaspora; person of liberatory visions and values; cat parent ♡♡♡

i value moving at one’s own pace, and living with vulnerability, pleasure, integrity, balance, and a collective spirit. i love stretching, singing, dancing, binge (re)watching a show, thrifting, long walks, quality time with loved ones and nature, , listening to an album on repeat, tending to my living space, sleeping in, and being silly with my cat mochi 🙂

i started cozy bodywork in january 2022, and it continues to be a truly fulfilling experience. i am blessed that my path has shaped reflection, healing, connection, and care as my life’s priorities. some other ways i hope to be in loving service to others in the future is through doula work, traditional chinese medicine, plant medicine, sound healing, and somatic education. thank you for your trust and support as i embrace my life’s work and try to the weave all the threads of my passions together.
